Welcome to Danka's eMeter Program

The eMeter Program is an easy-to-use self-service tool created to automate the meter collection process. By completing a few simple steps, you will be able to input meter readings for any copier in your organization serviced by Danka.

How to Enroll                                                                                  

To sign up for the eMeter Program, all you have to do is fill out the eMeter enrollment form by clicking on the Enrollment link.

What will happen after I enroll?                                       

  • You will receive an e-mail confirming your enrollment in the program 

The next time your billing meter is due, the following events will occur:

  • You will receive an "E-mail Reminder" which includes a listing of your equipment types, serial numbers, and due dates
  • The "E-mail Reminder" will include a hyperlink to your eMeter Home Page 
  • The eMeter Home Page will display each unit that requires a meter read
  • Enter each meter that is due and click submit
